New Family Home -
Sensitive Conservation Area Plot,
Dunblane, Stirlingshire.

This project is a new build home for a young family on a lovely elevated plot on the northern outskirts of a local town.

The couple self built this home, an ambitious undertaking given the tight context and budget constraints.

This project is located within a Conservation area on the edge of a small town and the challenge was to deliver a design which sat well in the surrounding context, did not interfere with protected trees and was sympathetic to the surrounding properties, all whilst delivering the level of accommodation required for a young family.

Ultimately this project worked well and we are now on our second new build home with this family.
