This project was a challenge. To design and build a contemporary family home on a prominent site within an existing conservation area.

The approach was to replicate the materials and tones of the surrounding properties whilst embracing more contemporary building form and extensive glazing to take maximum advantage of the superb south facing views.

This project required extensive negotiation with the local planning department and conservation team but ultimately we were able to realise our clients brief for a modern, light filled contemporary home.

We were commissioned to see this project through to completion and worked hard to ensure the original design remained intact and was ultimately realised in the finished building.
