New Family Home on Sensitive
and Challenging Site

This project is for repeat clients and is located within a sensitive conservation area setting.

The site also has very tight parameters given the project brief for a large family home with double garage and the development area was further curtailed by a significant drop into the plot from the street.

The plot runs north / south and required a great deal of care to arrange arrival, living and outdoor spaces to make the most of the setting but also provide privacy from adjacent properties.
