New Rural Family Home, Perthshire.

This project is a new build home for a young family on a secluded site in rural Perthshire.

The brief for the project was for a new home in a more secluded setting than their current house.
The home was to feel appropriate for its rural setting and to have a high level of craftsmanship and timber detailing which is one of the passions of our clients.

Natural materials allow the building to sit comfortably in its context and extensive internal bespoke carpentry allow an interior which speaks to high quality materials and craftsmanship.

The home sits within the walled garden of a listed building and required a successful negotiation with the local planning team to allow a home of this scale on this beautiful plot.
